1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following condition:
• The product was delivered in a damaged condition by the shipping company.
Note: Returns are not accepted for any other reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
• Customers must email us at inspireglowsolutions@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
• The email must include a photograph of the damaged product taken at the time of delivery for verification.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the damaged product back to us.
Once we receive the returned product and verify the damage:
• We will process a replacement of the product.
• The delivery charge for the replacement product will be covered by INSPIREGLOW SOLUTIONS.
3. Timeframe for Returns
• Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of receipt of the product.
• Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
4. Refunds and Replacements
• We do not provide refunds for any orders placed on our website.
• Only replacements are provided.
• The replacement process will be initiated within 1 business day of receiving and verifying the damaged product.
